Seafood at Hong Kong Palace

I just had the most amazing seafood with my in-laws at Hong Kong Palace in Rowland Heights. My favorite, a 5 lb Ling Cod cooked in three ways: soup, pan-fried and steamed. We also had a fabulous lobster among other delights - but the Ling Cod took the gold medal. Mmmm. Here are the relevant details:
