Say It Right the First Time

coverI skimmed through Loretta Malandro's Say It Right the First Time this afternoon. A lot of it is common sense, though it is the sort of common sense that never seems to be present at the right time. Her big thing is taking the accountability instead of laying blame, and realizing that what you say is not what people hear. Lots and lots of examples. It would be best implemented into a small voice recognition device which lights up green when you are using the right language and flashes red when you aren't so you can correct yourself.
