Looking at laptops, I stumbled upon a company called PCVideoOnline which seemed to have an unbelieveable pricing. I'll let the reviews speak for themselves. They are very extreme either 1's or 5's, which makes it quite... err... interesting.

Sure enough, the laptop turned out to be a "Class A Refurbished" with 90-day warranty. Now, this may not be bad, since many times people return laptops within 30 days. These turn into "refurbished". Still, it would seem more honest if they just said it up front on site, instead of advertising it as if it was new. Also, there is additional 4% "insurance" charge.
DO NOT BUY FROM PCVIDEOONLINE.COM
They sell used computers as new. I bought a Toshiba from them and
found out 4 months later that Toshiba will not service it because when
I read the part number to them it had a letter p at the end which
indicated that this was a used computer and hence only carries a 90
day warranty as opposed to the 1 year warranty from Toshiba.
This PCVideoOnline.com is a real crook.
I tried to buy a camcorder through the internet with my credit card. They told me to call them.
So, I called them; they put me on hold for > 20 minutes, going from one operator to the other. They tried to sell other stuffs; propably the camcorder was not even available.
I was so upset that I finally cancelled my order.
So, watch out for this bad company.

Is really a 10page story but will sum it up:
Ordered a projector, specifically said, numerous times that I didnt want a refurbished one.
Got the Wrong projetor AND it was refurbished.
Instead of my 5year warranty I got a "plasma screen"-warranty!!!!
They lied,personal as well as the manager many times, kept transfering me from one to another person over and over.
It was first after threatning them with "I taped all the calls" that I got most of the money back.
A two month agony time for me.
If I ever get a small time to live,by a doctor,
I will travel to their fking office in NY and pull a "terminator1" on them (not kidding).
I bought a Brand New laptop and it was delivered as promised. It was excellent pricing along with excellent customer service. They really know how to treat there customers unlike other internet vendors. I would shop here again and I recommend them to everyone.
